FONDS DE RÉSERVE ET D'INVESTISSEMENT COMMUNAUTAIRE (FRIC)
The Community Reserve and Investment Fund (FRIC) is a strategic program of the Association of Committed Cameroonians (ACE), designed to strengthen the financial autonomy, solidarity, and economic resilience of the Cameroonian community in Canada.
Stemming from our shared heritage and sense of collective responsibility, the FRIC is based on a simple but powerful principle: pooling individual resources to build lasting collective financial security.
Nothing is impossible for Cameroonians.

To enable the community to mobilize, manage, and grow its own financial resources in order to effectively meet social needs, support community initiatives, and collectively invest in promising projects.

General operation
The FRIC is funded by voluntary monthly contributions from members, organized into different levels of participation (Bronze, Silver, Gold).

The funds are rigorously managed through:

a current account dedicated to social assistance and RPN coverage,
-
a buffer fund to secure operations,
-
collective capital constituting the reserve and community investment fund, repayable on request according to established rules.

Periodic financial reports are prepared and communicated to members, ensuring transparency, traceability, and trust.
