CAMEROONIAN WOMEN CLUB (CWC)

At ACE, we believe that women's dynamism is the driving force behind community development. That is why promoting a space for women to grow is important to us.
More than a program, the CWC is the branch of our organization that covers a variety of fields:
Social/Health: Assistance and solidarity with families (visits to the sick; welcome meals to newcomers; Offering catering services when possible); network of sharing useful links and good deals for households. They support as well, the team of professionals who addresses all matters related to the mental health and wellness (ACE RESILIENCE PROGRAM).

Economic: tontines and local entrepreneurship
Cultural: Workshops for the promotion and transmission of Cameroonian know-how and cultural heritage (culinary arts; language arts; hairdressing; sewing; dances; games and relaxation).

Since we launched this program in 2019, CWC's team has worked tirelessly to promote the Black African Women cause in general and more specifically, the Cameroonian Woman one.

We are fortunate to have volunteers from all walks of life who bring their unique expertise and resources into everything we do.

We don’t measure our success through just facts and figures, but through happy faces and heartwarming feedback.

See how you can become part of the difference.

In October 2022, they contributed to a fundraiser of nearly $15,000 to assist with the funeral expenses of a deceased member and in the same circumstance, organized a banquet with a Cameroonian touch, for nearly 200 guests. They play a key role in our Serenity Program as well The realizations are numerous and impactful.
